Start-up Visa

Below are the stages typically involved and the time required in our visa application process .  These may vary depending on the requirements and circumstances of the applicant and the Home Office policy at the time of the application.

Consultation

At our free first consultation, we will explore together with the applicant the options available based on their requirements and individual circumstances.

Week 1-4

Project matching / business modelling

If the applicant is keen on working together with a UK founder, we will help them to identify a high-quality start-up business that closely aligns with their ambitions and professional background.

On the other hand, should they wish to implement their own business idea, we will provide a consultation service to ensure that their business model can be adapted to the UK market.

Week 5-6

Business plan

We will fully support the applicant in preparing a business plan that would also fulfil the endorsement criteria set out by the Endorsing Body.

Week 6-8

ENDORSEMENT

Prior to the Endorsing Body interview(s), we will help the applicant to make the final  preparations and will provide logistical arrangements.

Week 8-20

Visa application

The length of time it takes for the Home Office to process the application can vary quite significantly.  We do recommend all applicants to always allow for sufficient time in their planning.
