What Our Clients Say
Leo
Co-founder, IGOTFIX
It's been a very hard job but we did it! I'm surprised at the level of interaction and support your team has given to making this project successful; it wouldn't have happened without your commitment. It's very inspirational to work with someone who clearly understands innovation.
Background
Two new recently qualified graduates have started a business in mobile phone repairs while they are studying for their degree at a Russell Group university.

The clients had their basic concept of developing a mobile find-it app for mobile repair on a local and national basis which incorporated a safe payment system. The business had limited reach and limited revenue stream in a market that is already highly competitive.
Problem
The challenge was to create competitive innovative advantage for a mobile phone repair business which met the demand of the market and the Home Office.
This was based on the fact the business had already developed a method for accessing quality suppliers for repair services.
Solution
We developed in conjunction with the applicants an innovative payment methodology which would enable the company to expand globally.

The principal of the payment methodology was a universal currency, namely crypto currency. This would allow the company the opportunity to replicate and establish their business model anywhere in the world.

In order to diversify the business, we developed multiple revenue streams with the company being able to supply components and phone accessories at optimum purchase price to its partners. Additional revenue would also be derived from crypto currency transactions.
Outcome
With our direct involvement, we enabled the applicants to develop the innovation required by the Home Office. The Endorsement Body was satisfied with the clients' applications, and the Home Office subsequently issued the visas within just 14 days.
The clients established the business in 2020 during Covid and since then have grown their business successfully. On our recommendation, one of the co-founders attended a disruptive crypto currency course with London School of Economics to accelerate the introduction of their own dedicated crypto currency.
